AVBRYTA's COLONSTOOLE1.0*
The image below is significant because it explains why we retain as much as 15lbs of fecal matter in our colons when a simple adjustment of our posture would enable easier fecal matter expulsion.
This is important for 3 key reasons:
1. Faster passage of stool reduces the likelihood of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) which is associated with Colorectal Cancer or Bowel Cancer.
2. The more efficient passage of stool removes toxins from the body that cause lethargy, tiredness and many other colon and body impairments. Faster passage of stool has been proven to be critical to life.
3. A little known fact is that antibiotics, pain killers (particularly opiate-containing drugs such as Endone but also more common pain-killers containing codeine) as well as physical inactivity all reduce how well the gut contracts.
This slows the passage of food through the large bowel, which can lead to constipation and many of the cancers we subsequently contract over time.
Why we created COLONSTOOLE1.0?
Studies have shown that when we sit in a squatting position, the puborectalis muscle is naturally relaxed and thereby straightens the rectum facilitating the expulsion of fecal matter in on average, under 5 minutes.
This results in cleaner colons, lower probabilities of colon-related diseases such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Colorectal Cancer. Crohn’s and other forms of IBD have been statistically proven to be associated with an increased risk of developing cancer in your colon or rectum, also called Colorectal or bowel cancer.

AVBRYTA developed COLONSTOOLE1.0 (see picture below) to raise the feet up by the 25, 30 and 35 degree angles necessary to facilitate the faster and more fluid passage of stool.
COLONSTOOLE1.0 tests indicate faster stool passage, less time in the rest room, significant improvements in energy levels, mood health, cognitive abilities and weight reduction.

The large bowel is an amazing recycling and repurposing centre for the body. Water recycling is one of its key functions.
Every day, our bodies invest around 9 litres of fluids into the digestion of food, including around 1.5 litres of saliva, 2.5 litres of stomach secretions and 0.8 litres of bile. But clearly we don’t defecate anywhere near this volume.

The longer it takes for digested food to pass through the large bowel, the more water gets reclaimed and the drier the stool becomes. So factors affecting the transit rate of food through our gastrointestinal tract will have significant influence on stool form.

Our COLONSTOOLE1.0 enables 3 inclines of approximately 25, 30 and 35 degrees. We normally recommend the 25 degree incline for people over 6 feet tall. Typically those between 5 and 6 feet should acquire the 30 degree incline and those under 5 feet should use the 35 degree incline.

The 25 degree incline is 9 inches high, the 30 degree incline is 10.5 inches high and the 35 degree incline is 12 inches high.
